Alexis Chidi is an Assistant Attending Surgeon on the Thoracic Surgery Service and the Co-Director of the Lung Cancer Screening Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After earning an MD and PhD in Clinical & Translational Science at the University of Pittsburgh, she completed her general surgery training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and cardiothoracic surgery training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Alexis also holds a master's degree in health policy and has work experience in the global health and pharmaceutical industries. Her research focuses on healthcare delivery and the use of implementation science and health services research approaches to improve the equitable use of appropriate screening and treatment options for thoracic cancers.
