Christopher Burke, MD, is an Associate Professor of Cardiac sSurgery at the University of Washington. Dr. Burke specializes in the surgical treatment of complex aortic valve and thoracic aortic pathology. He is the co-directior of the Multidiscplinary Thoracic Aortic Program (MTAP) at the Unviersity of Washington. His clinical interests include aortic valve repair, Ross procedure, and complex arch pathology. His research focuses on obtaining a better understnding of the neurologic impact of complex aortic surgery and ways to minimize adverse neurologic events.
