Dr. Ogami received his medical degree from the Juntendo University School of Medicine in Tokyo, Japan. He completed a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by a clinical fellowship in minimally invasive cardiac surgery at New York University Langone Health. In July 2024 He is currently an Associate Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
