Michel Pompeu Sá, MD, MSc, MHBA, PhD, FACC, FAHA is a cardiovascular surgeon who highlights the integration of evidence and clinical decision making in everyday practice.
He is currently Cardiac Surgery Fellow for the cycle 2024-2025 at the Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School). Previously, he was the Aortic and Endovascular Surgery Fellow for the cycle 2023-2024 at UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute (University of Pittsburgh, USA). He was also the TSF/STS Every Heartbeat Matters Global Structural Heart Fellow for the cycle 2022-2023 funded by the Thoracic Surgery Foundation (Society of Thoracic Surgeons) and was trained in Structural Heart at Lankenau Heart Institute (Philadelphia, USA).
